In this 3-minute video, Steven Payne, Commercial Director at Integral UK looks back on what made the Commercial Acumen course a success.

The course was a key part of Integral’s goal to maintain it’s margin by managing contract risk. I delivered 12 instances of it over a period of four months at three different locations around the country.

Integral did exactly the right thing, which was to give me time with senior leaders (particularly Stevie) to really understand what they wanted from the course.

Each session was supported by one of the Commercial Directors to be the voice of the business in the room.
